Room Rates
The below rates are inclusive of bed and full Scottish breakfast, based on two people sharing.
Corporate rates for companies looking to book multiple rooms over extended periods are available upon request.
Rates include accommodation, breakfast and VAT.
Extra person charges:
0-7 years old - free of charge, breakfast charges on consumption
8+ years old - £50 per bed per night inclusive of breakfast
Dog charges: £20 per dog per night
Cancellation: 5 days prior to arrival. Credit card details required for guarantee at the time of booking. Different terms and conditions might apply to booking of 10 room nights or more. This will be advised at the time of booking.
Deposit: 1 night deposit required at the time of booking, refundable for up to 7 days prior to arrival.
Rates are comissionable at contracted rates.

Dinner reservations are recommended to be made at the time of booking to avoid disappointment as we cannot guarantee table availability on the day.
