Here at the Uig Hotel we have a passion for Scottish single malt whiskies. We have been growing our collection over the years and now have over 120. We of course have a great range of Talisker distilled here on Skye and the Gaelic whiskies which are bottled down in the south of the island.
Our local beers are brought up from the Isle of Skye brewery down in the village. We stock several of the range from Skye Red, malty and fruity to taste and named after the red Cuillins, Skye Gold made from porridge oats and Eilean Or, Island Gold which is chilled and carbonated. If you want to taste a few we can offer our Isle of Skye Beer flight; a choice of 3 third pints from the range.
Our latest passion is gin and our numbers are growing! You can taste the amazing Harris gin whose hand harvested sugar kelp gives a taste of the sea or our latest addition Isle of Skye gin from right here at the Isle of Skye Brewery in Uig.
