Whether you are looking to savour a local dish of seafood or Skye red deer, grab a wholesome homecooked meal like haddock and chips or taste traditional Scottish fayre with a twist like our Cranachan gateaux the Uig Restaurant should have something for you. Our aim is to produce quality homecooked food using as much local produce as we can.
We have one dinner menu, but you can choose to eat in the restaurant, bar or even outside in the summer months. Each day we supplement the menu with specials depending on what our Chefs have had delivered. We are open from 6-8.30pm daily for dinner and it is recommended that you book.
Lunch is served in the bar or again you can choose an outside table in the warmer months. We are open 12-3pm daily. Monday to Saturday we serve a varied menu of lighter bites like soup and sandwiches, mussels or ciabattas with a range of fillings, to more substantial dishes like seafood linguine and venison casserole. On Sundays, we offer a traditional Sunday lunch with a set menu of 3 starters, roast dinner, a fish dish and a vegetarian option, followed by 3 desserts for £14.99.
If you have any dietary requirements our chefs will be very happy to accommodate these. We have vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options on the menu.
We are open for non-residents but booking is recommended as we get very busy in the summer season. Please call or drop in to book your table.
